1. Returns Eligibility
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all certificates or documents included.
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized stones are non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sulemani Aqeeq and other custom-cut gemstones made on special request.
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
4. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong gemstone, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, cancellation is only possible if the item has not been shipped.
